HR... The Way Life Should Be!

Convention Mission Statement. “Everyone thrives when HR is on top of its game, because human resources is the bridge to all parts of your enterprise. HR plays a strategic role in business mission development, helps align that mission with the boardroom and employees, implements employment practices that comply with legal mandates, inspires buy-in from the top level to the shop floor, enforces policies in a fair and consistent manner, and serves as an ethical and moral compass for employer and employee alike. Programming at the 2012 Maine HR Convention keeps all these things in mind with sessions that will expand HR business knowledge, build HR networks, and enhance HR careers.”
